Relationship Enrichment Course

12-week curriculum

A common misconception is relationship help is only needed when there is a crisis. Not true! Individuals are continually evolving and growing. Plans change and life circumstances happen. This course is designed to help couples grow together and not apart.

We teach participants how to cultivate enriched and healthy relationships through:

Exploring strengths/areas of growth
Strengthening communication skills
Identifying major stressors in the relationship
Teaching conflict resolution
